Chevy Chase and Forest Hills

Chevy Chase stands as a testament to in-town suburban charm and community pride. At the heart of Chevy Chase lies the bustling commercial strip along northern Connecticut Ave, where residents can easily access a diverse array of locally owned shops, inviting cafes, and a public library. Chevy Chase is characterized by its picturesque streets adorned with single-family homes and mature trees. Many of these homes boast yards and generous lots. There are three main parks in Chevy Chase: Rock Creek, Lafayette Pointer, and Livingston. The boundaries of Forest Hills are Broad Branch Road to the north, Rock Creek Park to the east, Tilden Street to the south and Connecticut Avenue to the west. The commercial strip along Connecticut Avenue is within walking distance of the neighborhood.
